Choosing The Right Hotel
When choosing a hotel to stay in for your 21st birthday, there are several factors to consider:
COST:
- Does the price fit within your budget including travel and activity costs?
- How does it compare with other similar hotels?
- Does the cost include any meals such as breakfast?
- Have you looked around for the best price? (Try Quick Rooms & Alpha Rooms)
- Are there any hidden costs?
LOCATION:
- Is the hotel near to your chosen experience?
- Is the hotel near to a train/tube station or bus stop (if you are using these services)?
- Is there the possibility of unwanted noise (is the hotel near a popular pub/club)?
FACILITIES:
- What is the size of your room and what type of bed(s) will you be given?
- Does the hotel have a swimming pool/gymnasium? (I always make sure I choose one which does!)
- Is there a TV and hot drink facilities in your room?
RATING:
- What is the star rating of the hotel?
- What do past visitors say about the hotel on websites such as Trip Advisor?
