Lori from UK
When it was my 21st, I had a pinkfire truck with male stripers inside pick me up. It was me, my mum and 6 of my best mates and was the best night ever. The truck took us up to Nottingham where we stayed in the Crown Plaza Hotel (a 5 star which was beautiful). Then the next morning we all went shopping. It was the best weekend ever!

'Toffee Lady' from UK
My 21st birthday fell on a Sunday, so on the Saturday before I had my party which took me into the early Sunday morning. Then on the Sunday afternoon after a good sleep I went on holiday to Tunisia, arriving just before midnight. It was perfect and I loved every minute of my 21st!

'Lil Brown Chick' from UK
For my friends 21st, she had a huge party; not a house party but one in a rented hall. Her boyfriend paid for a DJ and her parents hired a professional photographer for the evening. It really was excellent! My birthday is coming up soon and I have arranged to travel to a hot country with my sister.

'POOH' from UK
I was on holiday in Cyprus for my 21st with my Mum. We had friends and family there and we all went for a Chinese. I can honestly say it was the most memorable birthday I had. It might sound boring and dull to some of you guys but we had such a laugh, its a birthday I will never forget!

'Jayndee13' from NJ, USA
My sister and some friends all drove down to Atlantic City for the day. I was the youngest so we were all above the legal drinking age. I could drink, I had ID and it was an exciting time for me. We had a great time and I even won some money playing Roulette.

Paula from Dublin, Ireland
I didn't want to do the whole party thing for my 21st, so myself and four of my friends escaped to Lanzarote (to insure there would be no surprise party).

We stayed in cheap apartments in Bita Cora (although they were cheap they were decent). On my 21st we spent much of the day by the pool then went out all night long (the clubs in Lanzarote don't close until 6-8 in the morning!). We pretty much did the same thing everyday, except on my birthday all the clubs gave us free drinks and shots.

It was great fun and I'm glad I didn't do the traditional (what I feel is) tacky 21st birthday party.

Kerry from Croydon
For my 21st birthday I went out for a posh meal with my family and boyfriend and then went out clubbing with all or friends. I kept being bought drinks and having champagne shoved in my face so you can imagine I was very drunk very quickly! After I had recovered my mum took me shopping for lots of new clothes which was wicked!

Steven from Manchester
I will always remember my 21st, my family booked a surprise experience for me at Silverstone where I got to drive round in not only a Ferrari 360 Spyder, but also the Aston Martin DB9! It was absolutely amazing and I have never witnessed such speed in a 'car' in my life!

Laura in Folkestone
I went out with the girls and got a little bit tipsy to say the least for my birthday. It seemed good at the time but I wish I had done more looking back. I would have liked to have done some of the things on this website! My 21st birthday just felt like it was any other clubbing night.

Simon in Maidstone
My 21st birthday was in February and I had been looking around for a long time to find something to do for it. I was originally looking at going over to Port Aventura for a few days with my girlfriend, however even a theme park in sunny Spain was closed for February. I could just not find anything to do.

As it got nearer and I still had no idea my girlfriend said she would arrange it all as a suprise. My birthday was but a few days away and I had been told what to pack and that we were going to London for a few days. The trip consisted of fast track tickets to the London Eye and London Dungeons, a fancy meal for two and two dress circle tickets for Wicked The Musical. I had always wanted to see this so I was very pleased!

On our return my family had planned for us all to go bowling, and we cracked open the champagne as we played. After a couple of games those who wanted to came with to meet up with some mates, all go out clubbing and get well and truly wrecked.

Was a great birthday that I will never forget and I highly recommend anyone celebrating their 21st to spead it out over 3-4 days if you can.
