Agenda:
Your session will last around 2-3 hours. You will be kitted out in a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, then run through the basic manoeuvres on dry land before launching in to the river.*
*Please note that the Northamptonshire course is a unique and challenging man-made course.
